Prioritizing Affordability & Respecting Taxpayers

Brad believes job number one is making life more affordable for everyone, especially working families and seniors. He understands that families are facing increased costs everywhere and too many people are being left behind by the housing market.

Brad will:

  • Respect taxpayers through responsible financial decisions that maximize efficiencies, target waste, prioritize spending on key city services that residents depend on and holds the line on taxes.
  • Require developers to include affordable, below-market housing options within new housing developments.
  • Support a range of housing options for residents at every stage of life, from young families to seniors – every person should be able to thrive in our city.
  • Support measures to stop foreign capital and money laundering from pricing people out of their own community.
